Majorca This Balearic is a top choice for a cheap all-inclusive holiday.
All-inclusive holidays are more popular than ever. We can understand why. With everything wrapped up into one neat package – from your flights and hotel to all-day food, drinks and activities – all-inclusive is the kind of holiday that actually feels like one.
They’re brilliant for budgeters too, as most of your holiday spend is covered upfront. Even Gen Z are catching on, thanks to a slew of resorts that are seriously upping their game to offer lusher rooms, tastier food and a proper get-away-from-it-all vibe.
If you like the sound of that but don’t know where to start, you’re in the right place. We’ve crunched the numbers at TravelSupermarket HQ to reveal the cheapest all-inclusive holiday destinations for summer 2025.
Tunisia is making its way onto travellers’ radars for a cheap all-inclusive getaway and it’s a great option if you’re keen to try something a little different in 2025.
First-time visitors should start with coastal Hammamet, under an hour's drive from the capital of Tunis and close to the ruins of the ancient city of Carthage. You can spend your mornings exploring the town’s medieval medina before soaking up the blissful Mediterranean sunshine from the white sands of Hammamet Beach.
While all-inclusive package holidays to Hammamet are generally cheap (around £649pp on average), avoid August if you can – this is the hottest month of the year and coincides with school break so prices across the board tend to be higher.

Another Tunisian hotspot, Sousse is one to watch in 2025 for its cheap prices alone (seven nights cost £664pp on average).
Between its all-inclusive resorts and bustling medina, this pretty stretch of Red Sea coastline has plenty to keep you busy. If it’s sand time you’re after, Sousse’s main beach, Bou Jaafar Beach, has miles of the stuff. Watersports are big here (especially snorkelling and scuba diving), and there’s a beachfront promenade to keep you topped up with ice creams all day long.
When you’re ready to leave your sun-lounger, make time to visit the Great Mosque, the Ribat fortress and the Sousse Archaeological Museum.
If you’re craving a bit of that famous Greek hospitality this summer, we’ve got some good news: Kefalonia’s all-inclusive holidays are some of the cheapest this summer, at just £671pp on average.
The Ionian starlet has one of the most enviable coastlines in the region, with a long, luscious shore punctuated with beach after beach. Inland, olive trees blanket mountains and the buzz of resorts give way to remote villages and a rural way of life.
You’ll find some of the best deals at the well-established resorts, such as Lassi and Fiskardo, but Kefalonia’s wide range of accommodation means that you’ll find reasonable prices on most parts of the island.

Rhodes is the largest of Greece's Dodecanese islands, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Sparkling blue bays are the idyllic setting for tucking into fresh seafood, hilltop towns hide crumbling churches and fascinating history reaches back thousands of years.
You’ll find all-inclusive deals in Rhodes (from around £694pp on average), no matter where you look across the island. Party people will love the bold and brash resorts of Faliraki, while further south, places such as Kolymbia and Kiotari both have low-key options at great prices.
Or consider Rhodes Town, which has all the perks of a trip to the big smoke, as well as the stunning wraparound Elli Beach that’s considered one of the best in the Med.

All the clichés of the Mediterranean ring true around Dalaman: yes, the beaches stretch out for miles; yes, the water is that blue; and yes, it really does sparkle.
Dalaman itself is home to more than just the airport, with a number of lively resorts, fantastic seafood restaurants and Blue Flag beaches. To the east, coastal Marmaris has a big range of hotels and resorts, as well as a huge beach that reaches right around to neighbouring resort, Icmeler, about 10km (6.2 miles) away.
Go west and you’ll reach Fethiye and Olu Deniz, where you’ll find dreamy beachfront resorts surrounded by pine-clad mountains and the iconic Blue Lagoon. Expect cheap all-inclusive holidays in the region from £696pp on average this summer.

Spain’s sparkling White Coast is a classic summer destination for more than one reason. Sun-drenched beaches lapped by the Med, laidback resorts perfect for families, legendary nightlife, shopping, restaurants and even a little luxury – holidays here have got the lot.
For great all-inclusive deals in the Costa Blanca, it has to be Benidorm. With two long beaches and well-established resorts ranging from the wallet-friendly to the utterly opulent, this package holiday mecca has average prices around £708pp.
The region’s other popular resorts include Alicante and Calpe, although if you’re after a budget deal outside Benidorm, you may be better off choosing a self-catering stay.

Great-value all-inclusive deals (think £710pp on average) and good weather come standard in Majorca – and there’s plenty of choice if you’re just looking for a pool to flop next to for a week.
As for picking up a bargain, if you’re able to travel outside of the school holidays, May and late September see the best deals. Travel during this shoulder season and you’ll also be able to avoid usual summer crowds.
Not sure where to stay? It can be a tough decision: Majorca has as much variety in its towns as it does its resorts. Magaluf favours the party crowd, while Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are great for families. Cala d’Or and Cala Millor are great for low-key holidays or, to really get off the beaten track, Majorca’s quiet towns are well worth discovering.

Tenerife might pull the crowds but according to our data, Fuerteventura is the one for a cheap all-inclusive break.
If it’s sand time you’re after, you can hardly do better. Fuerteventura has miles of the stuff, with beautiful, golden beaches wrapped right around the island. Watersports are Fuerteventura’s bag, though you’ll also find lounger-lined stretches, family-friendly waves and plenty of quiet, unspoilt spots.
When it comes to Fuerteventura’s resorts, choose Caleta de Fuste if you’re travelling with little ones, Corralejo for top nightlife, Gran Tarajal for romance and a little peace and quiet, or Morro Jable for a mix of it all. All-inclusive holidays cost £728pp on average.

Gran Canaria needs no introduction as an affordable all-inclusive holiday destination – travellers have been flocking to its shores for decades.
With so much variety here, it’s hardly a surprise. Capital Las Palmas is the biggest city in the Canaries; the island’s beaches range from the lounger-and-watersports variety to empty, untouched swathes; and a lush interior hides dramatic landscapes ideal for exploring.
Look out for cheap deals (£734pp on average) in the south coast resorts of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas, as well as quieter areas such as Puerto Mogan and Meloneras. Some of Gran Canaria’s best beaches are also in the south, if you’re looking to swap a day by your hotel’s pool for one by sand and sea.

With average all-inclusive prices around £768pp and hotels to suit all preferences, beautiful Bodrum ticks plenty holiday boxes
Located around two coastal bays on the Bodrum Peninsula, it has waterfront hotels, a marvellous castle, stylish nightlife, multiple brilliant beaches – Gumbet, Akyarlar and Bitez, to name a few – and impressive historical clout (it's home to the ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, one of the ancient wonders of the world).
The Underwater Archaeology Museum is a must-visit with its vast collection of sunken treasures, or you can sail out to the island of Karaada to soak in the hot springs. The Greek island of Kos is also a ferry ride away.

Lanzarote packs in a lot for its size, with a fringe of golden beaches that belie the otherworldly landscape within. Popular resorts for an all-inclusive holiday include Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise – all which offer those lovely sands and competitive prices at around £804pp on average.
This is an island worth leaving your sun-lounger for. A tour of the dramatic Timanfaya National Park is one of the best things to do in Lanzarote, as is the César Manrique-designed Jameos del Agua, an underground culture hub complete with a restaurant, bar and pool.
For wine lovers, Lanzarote is one of the best producers in the Canaries. Tour the volcanic vineyards of La Geria and you can sample the good stuff.
