Bodrum in Turkey is a top choice for a cheap all-inclusive holiday
Looking for a sunshine getaway that won’t blow your budget? To help you escape for less, we’ve dug into the data to reveal the cheapest all-inclusive destinations for summer 2026, and there’s a new number one.
This year, Bulgaria’s Bourgas area has taken the crown as the cheapest place to book an all-inclusive summer holiday with prices averaging £553pp for a week away.
That’s a big shift from last year when Tunisia dominated the rankings. In fact, this time around, Tunisia doesn’t make the top ten at all.
Instead, budget-friendly favourites across Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey and the Greek Islands are leading the way, with several destinations also coming in cheaper than they were last summer.
Majorca has seen the biggest saving, with average prices down £91pp, falling from £710pp in 2025 to £619pp in 2026, while Rhodes is £86pp cheaper than last year, dropping from £694pp to £608pp.
Read on to find out where you should book if you’re looking for maximum sunshine for your money, with flights, accommodation, food, drink and more included.

This Black Sea favourite is officially the cheapest all-inclusive destination for summer 2026.
The city of Bourgas and its surrounding resort towns offer the best value when it comes to all-inclusive stays. Home to popular resorts like Sunny Beach and Burgas, the Bourgas area in Bulgaria has long been known for great-value beach breaks.
Situated on the eastern edge of the country, you’ll find long golden sand beaches, peaceful lakes, thumping nightlife, waterparks and historic UNESCO cities such as Nessebar. All of which make it an ideal holiday spot for sun worshippers, families or adventurers alike.

Want some Spanish island sunshine without the higher prices often seen in Ibiza or Majorca? This summer Menorca is a great-value all-inclusive option.
A little more laid-back than its Balearic neighbours, Menorca is all about slower-paced sunshine. Enjoy unspoilt beaches, tucked-away coves, sleepy fishing villages and a more relaxed feel than busier Spanish islands.
With shallow turquoise waters, family-friendly resorts and plenty of space to properly switch off, it’s the perfect pick if your ideal summer holiday is all about taking things easy.
