Holetown

On the west of the island, Holetown Beach’s calm waters are perfect for swimmers and paddlers. With kayaking, beach games and seafront cafes nearby, there’s plenty to occupy the family here. For more family fun, head for the Folkestone Marine Park for diving, snorkelling and paddleboarding, before taking a trip to Harrison’s Cave to see otherworldly subterranean scenery.

St Lawrence Gap

When you’re not sipping from coconuts on Dover Beach, you’ll be swimming with turtles off the coast of Folkestone and exploring colourful local markets. Take a trip to nearby Oistins for the Friday night fish fry. Expect big crowds, plenty of seafood and live entertainment for all the family.

Bridgetown
