Majorca serves up a wide variety of all-inclusive holidays — whatever your dream trip, there’s something here for you.

The island is home to famous nightlife hotspots such as Magaluf, of course, but in more tranquil locations you’ll find there’s little pressure to do anything beyond laze on a sun-lounger. While Majorca is a great destination for cheap holidays, the biggest Balearic Island is also home to five-star all-inclusive hotels, offering everything from serene spas to evening flamenco shows.

Top all-inclusive resorts in Majorca

Many of Majorca’s picturesque medieval towns are home to sophisticated resorts perfect for relaxation and escapism. If you’re in the mood to party, however, you won’t have to go far to find some bouncing bars and clubs. These are our top picks in Majorca for all-inclusive hotels.

Magaluf

If it’s a party you’re looking for, Magaluf lives up to its reputation as one of the biggest nightlife resorts in Europe. After a night on the strip, the welcome comfort and convenience of an all-inclusive hotel – think pool, spa, sun-lounger, buffet and repeat – sets you up to do it all again the next night.

Alcúdia

As the home of Majorca’s longest beach, the historic town of Alcúdia is ideal for a happy family getaway. Energetic animation teams will entertain your kids while you try a cocktail-making class, hit the gym or just chill by the pool. These all-inclusive hotels are just a short walk from the shore.

Cala d’Or

There’s a sense of calm in Cala d’Or – the golden cove – on the south east of the island. The upmarket all-inclusives here have plenty of health and wellness facilities, including spas, yoga classes, golf courses, pools, and watersports. As the sun descends, a night of local entertainment begins.

Palma Nova

Stay in Palma Nova for easy access to neighbouring Magaluf’s buzzing nightlife scene, alongside beach and pool time, and watersports opportunities. There are lots of great value holiday deals to be had here.

Majorca holidays staying at all-inclusive family-friendly hotels

Majorca serves up an impressive selection of family-friendly all-inclusive resorts, from hotels with tons of activities and facilities, to peaceful seaside towns away from the noise.

All-inclusive holidays for families in Majorca

Looking for a chilled out family getaway? You’ll find all-inclusive hotels just metres from the beach in Cala d’Or. Paddling pools and kids’ clubs keep the youngsters entertained, while older children can try their hand at tennis and volleyball. You’re well-placed for Mondrago Natural Park — famed for its white sands and turquoise waters — here too, while mini train rides, boat excursions, and play areas can all be added to your agenda. There’s plenty of in-resort entertainment in the evenings too.

At your all-inclusive hotel in Palma Nova, the children can keep busy at the kids’ club while you indulge in some me-time around the pool or on the sun terrace. This resort town is just a stone’s throw from the elegant Majorcan capital of Palma, while Katmandu Park is another family highlight thanks to its rides, soft play and splash park.

With a calm beach, relaxed vibe, and sprawling all-inclusive resorts, a family holiday to Santa Ponsa is a breeze. This coastal town features a large sandy bay with gentle waves and shallows to splash around in, and the Jungle Parc junior adventure course is close by. The resorts here boast kids’ clubs, splash pools, all-day buffets with children’s menus, and evening entertainment for all ages.

Head to Alcúdia to explore the town’s ancient walls and cobbled streets, or join a guided excursion – just ask at the hotel desk. The Hidropark Alcúdia and Blue Flag Alcúdia Beach (wide sands and shallow water) are also worth checking out. In the resort, spend your time at the kids’ pool or playground before sitting down for a crowd-pleasing buffet. And don’t forget that some hotels offer babysitting services, allowing you to unwind in the spa.

All-inclusive Majorca holidays including hotel near a beach

You’re truly spoilt for choice when it comes to Majorca’s beaches. Most of the island’s resorts are set along its enchanting coastline – some close to the party scene, others in quieter, more secluded locales.

All-inclusive beach holidays in Majorca

Alcúdia’s beach is the longest on the island, and this is where you’ll find most of the all-inclusive resorts. Enquire at the front desk to book a paragliding or wakeboarding adventure, or — to escape the crowds — take a stroll along the beach to Playa de Muro. Hotel restaurants here cook up a mix of international and local cuisine.

For high-voltage fun in the sun, Magaluf is the place to be. Over the summer, the seafront is packed with partygoers recovering on their sun-loungers. All-inclusive hotels here are close to the beach, so it’s easy to spend hours by the sea and pop back for meals, avoiding extra spending while out and about. Magaluf is also great for adrenaline-fuelled activities. Try your hand at parasailing or kite surfing or take a banana boat ride – ask the hotel staff to get you set up.

There’s a calmer vibe at Cala Bona, which boasts a Blue Flag beach complete with sun-loungers and calm, shallow waters. Borrow a bicycle from your all-inclusive hotel to explore the seafront, before heading back for lunch, a game of tennis or time around the pool.
